Manuscript Submission Guidelines

Author(s) should submit manuscript(s) via our: Online Submission Site. For any questions, author(s) can directly contact one of Editors. Manuscript preparation should follow the sample papers and journal manuscript templates (word file or Latex files), which can be downloaded from the website: DNC Home.

General Guidelines

• Clarity and Legibility: Figures should be clear, legible, and easily understandable without requiring extensive explanation.
• Consistency: Maintain consistency in font size, style, and labeling across all figures.
• File Formats: Submit figures in commonly accepted formats such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or EPS. Ensure high-resolution images to maintain quality (minimum 300 DPI).
• Color Usage: Use colors judiciously. Ensure figures are comprehensible in both color and grayscale.
• File Naming: Clearly label files with figure numbers and corresponding captions.
• Captions: Captions should succinctly describe the content and purpose of the figure. Ensure captions are comprehensible without reference to the main text.
• Reproduction Permissions: Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for reproducing copyrighted material.
• Acknowledgments: Clearly acknowledge sources of reproduced figures in the caption or acknowledgments section.

Peer Review

Discontinuity, Nonlinearity, and Complexity adopts the traditional blind-review policy in which the reviewers’ names are concealed for submission author(s) for free submission. Each submitted manuscript is reviewed at least two referees in appropriate fields. In addition, the editorial board members’ recommendation or established experts’ recommendation publication are welcome. Please refer to Peer Review Policies for details.

Proofs and Electronic Offprints

Authors will receive a PDF proof of their articles and, on publication, electronic offprints of the article.
